APlus Ops LLC ("APlus Ops", "we", "us") is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA, operating from Tangier, Morocco. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit aplusops.com, book a call, or work with us.
What we collect
- Booking details: your name, email address, the time you choose, and anything you write in the booking form.
- Payment details: payments for paid calls are processed by our booking and payment providers. We don't see or store your full card number.
- Messages: anything you send us by email or phone.
- Technical data: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To schedule, run and follow up on calls and projects you request.
- To process payments, send invoices and keep business records.
- To reply to your messages.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the business, and only as needed:
- Cal.com, for scheduling and booking payments.
- Cloudflare, for website hosting and security.
- Northwest Registered Agent, for our domain and business email.
- Google Workspace, for the calendar our bookings sync to.
- Google Fonts, which loads the fonts used on this site.
These providers process data under their own privacy policies and may store it outside your country, including in the United States.
Cookies
This website doesn't set its own tracking or advertising cookies. The embedded booking calendar from Cal.com may use cookies that are needed for it to work.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and client records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to how we use it. To make a request, email asim@aplusops.com. We'll reply within 30 days.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
