About these terms
These terms apply when you use aplusops.com or book services from APlus Ops LLC ("APlus Ops", "we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA. By booking a call or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We provide operations consulting, including Notion workspace design and setup, automations with tools such as Make and Zapier, workspace audits, migrations and team training.
- Strategy calls are booked and paid through the calendar on our website. A call is advice and planning; it doesn't include building a workspace.
- Projects such as done-for-you builds are agreed in a separate written proposal that sets out the scope, price, timeline and payment terms. If a proposal and these terms conflict, the proposal applies.
Booking, payment and cancellations
Prices are shown at the time of booking. Paid calls are charged when you book. Rescheduling, cancellation and refund options are shown in the booking flow and in your confirmation email, and apply to that booking.
Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information and the access we need to do the work you request.
- Make sure you have the right to share any data or accounts you give us access to.
- Keep your own backups of important data before changes are made to your tools.
Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, you own the workspaces, templates and documentation we create specifically for you. We keep the right to reuse our general methods, know-how and non-client-specific materials.
Third-party tools
Our work relies on third-party products such as Notion, Make, Zapier and Cal.com, which have their own terms and pricing. We're not responsible for changes, outages or costs of those products. Notion is a trademark of Notion Labs, Inc. APlus Ops LLC is an independent business and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Notion Labs, Inc.
No guarantees
We provide our services with care and skill, but we can't guarantee specific business results. Advice is based on the information you give us.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, APlus Ops won't be liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service that gave rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. Bookings and proposals already agreed stay under the terms that applied when they were made.
